1. The service

My IMG Jankaari provides online tools for image optimization, creation, modification, conversion and privacy-related tasks. Features may change, improve, pause or be removed over time. Some advanced tools may depend on optional software installed on the hosting server.

2. Your files and permissions

You retain your rights in files you upload. You give the service the limited permission needed to receive, process and return those files for the task you request. You confirm that you own the content or have the rights and permissions required to process it.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use the website to:

• Process unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive or privacy-invasive material.
• Violate copyright, trademark, publicity, confidentiality or other rights.
• Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, bypass rate limits or disrupt the service.
• Impersonate another person or create misleading material that causes harm.
• Use automated traffic in a way that unreasonably burdens the website.

4. Results and backups

You are responsible for reviewing each result before using or publishing it. Image conversion, compression, background removal, upscaling and face detection can produce imperfect results. Keep an original backup; temporary downloads are not a storage or backup service.

5. Availability and limits

The tools are provided on an “as available” basis. File size, image dimensions, batch size and processing time can still be affected by browser capacity, server memory, storage, network conditions, provider limits and timeouts even when the application does not set a fixed request-size ceiling.

6. Third-party components and links

The website may use open-source processing libraries, hosting services, content-delivery networks or links to external websites. Third parties operate under their own terms and policies, and their availability is outside the website operator's direct control.

7. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties that every result will be error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for a particular purpose. Tools such as face blurring are helpful aids but do not guarantee detection of every face or removal of every sensitive detail.

8. Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website operator is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service, loss of data, unavailable downloads or reliance on a processed result. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes and governing rules

These terms may be updated when the service or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their published date. Any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer or data-protection law remain unaffected.
